Sanden Consulting has been an invaluable part of our team this year. With two newly trained AMI Primary guides, Lisa Sanden has provided the support and coaching that every new teacher desires. Observing first and allowing the guides to lead the conversation, she meets them where they are and empowers them with ideas and suggestions. Her guidance is based on extensive AMI Montessori education and experience. Having recently led a Children’s House classroom, her consulting is based on real-world, relevant situations. Our guides have felt supported, and the children are thriving.

Over the past ten years I have had the privilege of attending several workshops given by Lisa Sanden and I always leave inspired. Lisa is able to turn complex topics into relevant information that can be used immediately within the school environment, something our staff greatly appreciates. Dynamic, funny, and immensely interesting, she uses relatable examples that keep her audiences engaged. There is usually a line of attendees waiting to talk with her when she finishes, which she happily gives her individual attention. It is always uplifting to attend a presentation or workshop given by Lisa Sanden.
